The Old Parsonage Homewares is based in Mevagissey, Cornwall UK. Izzi Piper, the founder of the company is an artisan candle maker specialising in soy wax. Inspired by Mother Nature and the spectacular beauty of the Cornish coast using botanical elements and natural ingredients our candles are not only unique but also friendly to the planet.

How We Got Here
Our Cornish adventure started in 2016 when we opened The Old Parsonage Bed & Breakfast. Whilst running the business and living by the sea we realised the impact humans have on the amazing Cornish coastline and countryside.
I wanted to create something fun and environmentally friendly inspired by the place we are lucky to live in.
In February 2021 during the national lockdown I started experimenting with recycled glass and paper. Fast-forward to today and each week we create small batches of hand poured soy wax candles and wax melts which can be found here and in few a local galleries and shops in Cornwall.
